With over 20 years in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, as well as my own personal experience with low back pain and two back surgeries, Becoming Pain Free was created to help you wherever you are in your journey. If you want to overcome back pain, if you are preparing for surgery, or you have already had surgery and want to thrive post-surgery by creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle that works for your individual body.

This program is centered around the acronym POWER. We work together to define who/what you are becoming as you break free from your pain and take back your POWER.

P - Pivot

We will establish your baseline to monitor your progress. You will learn how to move your body to decrease your pain while we get deeper into the underlying root cause of your pain. You will also explore other factors impacting your pain and healing.

E - Evolve

Evolving is NOT self-improvement. Self- improvement implies changing things about you – people don’t change by force, they evolve. Here we combine what was revealed in P-O-W to find your long term version of healthy and sustainable.

O - Ownership 

Together we will dive into your pain, discover thought patterns and conditioning that contributes to your pain and the impact it has on your body. You will begin to understand your body and how to tune into your innate wisdom inside. You have everything you need already, it's time to put it all to work.

R - Resilient

You will gain a sense of control, develop problem solving skills, be a survivor and not a victim, know your limits and boundaries, when to say no, ask for help and know it’s ok to have help when you need it.

W - Work

By combining what we identify from the first two phases, we cultivate mind & body healing. Reducing your pain, ideally eliminating it and avoid surgery. If you have surgery, we will prepare your body to be it's healthiest going into it, which will also help with your recovery.

Support and accountability is what sets this program apart from others. With over 20 years experience working in the health, fitness and wellness industry - your journey is just as unique and individual as you. There is no one size fits all when it comes to what healthy is.
