Manual Somatic Practice - Over 20 years of experience as a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist
Experience working in the clinical setting in a chiropractor's office and with professional athletes allowed me the opportunity to become very familiar with pain management and helping clients recover from injuries.
I use a wide range of treatment modalities and techniques to create an effective massage that is exactly what your body needs to heal. I work with your body through it's range of motion movement patterns, focus on a somatic approach to mind body healing of your nervous system to naturally release areas of tension, stress, and trauma.

Personal Training
Fitness for women over 35 - Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, our bodies were meant to MOVE.
I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; something that doesn't feel like a chore and movement you actually enjoy. While there may be a sore muscles along the way, the benefits of fitness are well worth the challenges. Together we focus on the foundations, proper form, and mind-muscle connection.
I have developed my training regime to cater to a woman's body, menstrual cycle, personal fitness level, nervous system regulation, and desired goals by taking a somatic approach to healing and weight loss.
