90 Second Almond Bread? Yes, it's true!
I'm always looking for new recipes and the ability to make an almond flour based bread in 90 seconds definitely was appealing!
Any recipe I find that is under 5 ingredients is always a plus in my book!! I've been able to make it as the recipe calls for and turned it into a vegan recipe with a few modifications.

90 Second Almond Bread
3 tablespoons of super finely ground almond flour
1 egg (or use a vegan egg substitute - Ex. ground flax seed with three tablespoons water for an ideal egg binding texture)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil (or other oil, ghee or butter)
*Optional - spices
1. Mix almond flour, egg, and baking powder together in microwavable container
2. Stir in coconut oil (or butter) and spices, if desired, until well combined
3. Microwave for 90 seconds
* I like to use a round Pyrex dish for getting 2 nice circular slices of bread
4. Cool for a minute
5. Slice in half
6. Toast in toaster or lightly brown each side in skillet over med-high heat
