Ever taken a LIVE workout class?


Fun fact about me: I absolutely LOVE to do live classes! Back in college, I’d go to classes at the gym with my friends and we had SUCH a blast together working out! Of course, I was more of a Body Pump girl. I would watch the Zumba classes in awe most of the time because I seriously lack the dancing ability and some of those women were amazing!! I eventually got brave enough to try a spin class and it was nothing like I thought it would be, I actually had fun!


Live classes gave me the best of all worlds... a great workout, social time, and I got to make new friends too! That really sparked my love for fitness and movement of the body - mainly because how it made me FEEL! Walking out of class I felt a different kind of satisfaction, and my body always felt so incredible.


Since then, I’ve learned so much about exercise and the benefits of it, basically dedicating the last 22 years of my life to it Also why I love teaching live classes now! Being able to share my love and passion for movement with others is truly a blessing. The best part is hearing their stories of when they first started taking my classes and how much it has helped them and/or made them feel better, have more flexibility, feel stronger, better posture, perkier booty (one of my favorite things to hear), more mobility, better range of motion when they strength train, and so much more.


When we travel (and I know I'm not going to get to take live classes), I always take resistance loops with me because they are lightweight, don't take up a lot of space and work! I do this so I know I will get to move my body, break a sweat and not have to rely on a hotel to have a gym. I noticed many hotel gyms were closed or only allowed one person at a time and you had to reserve your time slot. So working out in the room just became such a better option for me.
