Why do I need a Coach?

I decided to make a blog post about this since it's a question that comes up a lot. It's true, anyone can sign up for Beachbody On Demand. Then you are left trying to keep yourself motivated, which can work for a few days or even a week. It's usually at the two week mark that make or break people. Something happens and they miss a workout. That missed workout turns into 3 missed workouts, and then it's been a week.....
The value of have someone like me as your coach, I have been running successful groups for years. Working with all types of women and there is usually a trend that happens. So with this experience, I am able to prepare you for what's coming so we can overcome any obstacles that might try to get in your way.
I have been in the health, fitness and wellness industry for 20 years, long before I was ever a Beachbody Coach. I was a customer with Beachbody for many years before I decided I should be a coach, share these amazing tools with my local clients and have the opportunity to help other women who live in other states. The US, Canada, UK are the markets where we currently are, and France will be added to the family soon.
With me as your coach, you have access to my years of experience and in my groups I share on a much deeper level how the fitness programs, nutrition and other factors like sleep and hormones have an impact on your results. No two people are the same and as I work one on one with you, we determine the best plan that aligns with your body's specific needs and how to accomplish your goals.
Will there be times you want to quit and give up? Probably, but that's also why I'm here. When we figure out your goals, we take that to the next step and keep you connected to why you're wanting to make some changes to reach your goals. Now, the only think I can't do is do the work for you. YOU have to do the work to get the results. I will provide you ALL the tools you need to have success in reaching your goals. We work together as a TEAM to get you there.
