Modern stress and over-busy living have quietly rewired how we breathe, often defaulting to mouth breathing, which keeps the body in a low-grade stress loop. Inspired by James Nestor and his research in Breath, nasal exhales slow the breath, enhance oxygen exchange, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It’s a subtle but powerful way to bring the body out of tension and into safety.

Somatic Movement and Education
