I know what it feels like to hit a wall, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
By 40, I’d already had two back surgeries. My nervous system was shot. I had battled a secret war with depression while trying to keep everything else functioning, my business, my body, my marriage.
On the outside, I looked like I had it together. Inside? I was shutting down. And when I got sick again (like really bad) I realized just how far disconnected I’d become from the one thing that actually mattered: myself. I even made the difficult decision to remove my breast implants because my body was screaming for relief. I didn’t just want to look healthy. I wanted to feel alive again.
I tried it all. I stacked certifications. I knew anatomy, physiology, yoga, mindset work. But nothing created lasting change. My system would improve… then crash again. I started seeing the pattern the root wasn’t my mindset, it was my nervous system. That’s when everything shifted.
I committed fully to nervous system regulation. Breathwork, somatic rewiring, neurofeedback I stopped hacking and started rebuilding. My body responded. My energy returned. My sleep improved. And for the first time in a long time, I felt strong without "working hard" to achieve it.
Now? I guide other women to do the same. Unburdened exists because no one taught us how to stay powerful and present. We were taught to suppress our emotions until pain finally takes over and takes us out.
My work is to show you a better way. A stronger way. One that doesn’t cost your marriage, your sanity and peace, or your health.

You don’t need to know how. You just need to be willing to meet yourself gently, breath by breath. I’ll guide you every step of the way. Every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are whether that’s holding back tears, releasing rage, or simply learning to feel safe exhaling again.
