Ultrahuman AIR ring - testing

Putting the Ultrahuman AIR to the test—my no B.S. review incoming

There is something VERY disgusting happening in the health, fitness, and wellness industries...

I’m so over influencers slapping their name on every product under the sun just to make a quick buck. One day they’re pushing a detox tea, the next it’s some “miracle” supplement—all because they get a commission. When you go to their page, they ALWAYS have something to sell you. They gush over a product they've been loving and conviently they have a coupon code just for you.

Now, I have a few products I love and have used for an extended amount of time that I will share about and have the discount code in my bio. But if I have never used something for months first and have an actual experience I can share with you, I will never pop up an affiliate code so I can make a quick buck from you buying it.

I've had plenty of companies approach me and ask if I would promote their product. Up front, I will ask certain questions and if they don't align with my values, that's the end of the conversation. Plenty will send free products for a testimonial, but I refuse to stand behind a company I haven't validated over an extended amount of time.

That’s NOT me. My reviews can’t be bought. Period.

Many of my clients either have wearables and ask me what I think about them, or they are curious because they are in the market to buy one and want to make sure they get one they will like.

I’ve had my eye on the Ultrahuman AIR ring for years—watching its development, its launch, and now, its second-gen improvements. Nervous system health is a HUGE deal for me (and my clients), and many of you have asked about wearables that actually deliver useful data.

I have used (and loved) my Whoop since 2019. I bought it to see the data after my back surgery. To make sure I was getting quality sleep for my recovery period, to make sure once I could start working out again that I didn't push myself too hard. It has been incredible and I haven't taken it off since the day I bought it. I RAVE about it, it's a very valuable wearable. Recently I started to wear the sensor in the sports bra instead of on my wrist because it was leaving an indention in my wrist from it always being on my wrist.

With the Ultrahuman AIR, it has a few features the Whoop doesn't. So, I bought it myself and I’m putting it through some testing to see what I think. No sponsorships. No freebies. Just honest testing before I even consider recommending it.

Will it live up to the hype? Or is it just another overhyped gadget? Stay tuned—because I’m about to find out.

Let me know if you want the raw, unfiltered truth.
