Many women, especially mothers, experience high functioning depression—where you manage daily responsibilities, care for your family, and maintain appearances while silently battling feelings of sadness, anxiety, and overwhelm.

  • The mask of perfection - You put on a brave face for your family and friends, often responding with “I’m fine” when asked how you’re doing. But inside, you’re questioning your worth and feeling exhausted. “Why can’t I just be happy like everyone else?”


  • Overwhelming guilt - You’re constantly juggling your kids’ schedules, household chores, and work commitments, yet you still feel guilty for wanting a moment to yourself. “I shouldn’t be feeling this way when I have so much to be grateful for.”


  • Isolation and loneliness - Despite being surrounded by family, you often feel alone in your struggles. You wear a mask to hide your true feelings, thinking, “Why does no one understand what I’m going through?”


  • The Emotional rollercoaster - One minute you’re managing the chaos of family life, and the next, you’re overwhelmed by sadness or anxiety. “Am I just being dramatic, or is there something more going on?”


  • Loss of identity - You’ve dedicated so much of yourself to being a mom that you’ve lost sight of who you are outside of that role. You have gotten to the point where you don't even recognize yourself in the mirror. “When was the last time I did something just for me?”


  • The burden of responsibility - You feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, trying to be everything for everyone, while neglecting your own needs. “How can I take care of myself when everyone else relies on me?”


  • The struggle to seek help - You know you need support, but the thought of reaching out feels daunting. You worry that admitting your struggles will shatter the image you’ve worked so hard to maintain. “What if I’m just overreacting? I don’t want to burden anyone with my problems.”

I've been there (hiding behind my own mask for 20 years) until one day, I couldn't do it anymore. And that's why this course was created.

What would it feel like to release the physical, mental, and emotional burdens you've been carrying?

The day my mask came off was a turning point in my life, and I want to share that journey with you. In a candid YouTube video, I revealed a struggle that many women face but few talk about: the cycle of neglecting self-care during the depths of high functioning depression. For weeks, I went without washing my hair, letting knots form so thick and tangled that I knew it would take hours to detangle. The thought of brushing it out was daunting, especially with my existing neck pain from two herniated discs.


That moment of vulnerability was about more than just hair; it was about shedding the facade I had worn for so long. I realized that my lack of hygiene was a reflection of deeper emotional struggles—cycles of overwhelm, guilt, and the relentless pressure to appear “fine” while feeling anything but.







I know that for some of you, acknowledging these feelings can be incredibly difficult. You might still be in denial about what you're experiencing, and that's understandable. Depression is still a taboo topic in many places, often leaving women feeling alone and misunderstood. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that we should be able to handle everything on our own, that asking for help is a sign of weakness. But the truth is, admitting that you're struggling is one of the bravest things you can do.


That's why I created this course—to provide a safe and supportive space for women to explore their emotions and break free from the cycles of high functioning depression. Through this course, you'll learn to recognize your own triggers and identify the patterns that contribute to your depressive spirals.
