Four Tips to stop quitting and giving up on yourself
Have you ever found yourself in the cycle of getting super excited, starting something new and you do really well for a few weeks and then you start to allow distractions, comparison, negative self talk, to creep in - and then you stop. Maybe not on purpose, but then one day turns into 3 days, which turns into a week and then before you know it, it's been a month and you're so far from your goal, you just give up!!
Here are a few little life hacks I have found that have help me to stick to my goals 😉 I want you to realize that you have the power and control over how you act and react. Trust me, I know sometimes you feel out of control, I like to just take a deep breath and close my eyes. It does help to reset the mind before you overreact and lash out.
So much of this comes down to our mindset and how we have conditioned ourselves to think. The truth is, this is probably one of the hardest parts depending on how long you have been going with the negative self talk.
